Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoulPrint ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are 13-17 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Users under 13 are not permitted.

Account creation requires accurate information, including age verification where required; you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

3. Description of Service

SoulPrint is an AI-powered conversational system that provides adaptive, identity-aware interaction experiences. The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, removed, or modified without prior notice.

Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experimental functionality.

4. Beta Status

SoulPrint may be provided in beta form.

You acknowledge that:

• The Service may be unstable
• Data may not be permanently stored
• Features may change without notice

Beta access may be revoked at any time.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

SoulPrint offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

5.1 Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize ArcheForge LLC to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

5.2 Billing

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from your initial subscription date
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year from your initial subscription date
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

5.3 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing in your SoulPrint account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5.4 Free Tier

The Free plan provides limited access to SoulPrint features at no cost. Free plan users are not charged and no payment method is required. Usage limits apply as described on the pricing page.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.6 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error or have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at support@archeforge.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant ArcheForge LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process
• Store
• Analyze

User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Feedback & Testimonials

By submitting feedback, reviews, suggestions, or testimonials through the Service, you grant ArcheForge LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts and advertisements
• Website testimonials and case studies
• Promotional and marketing materials
• Press releases and media communications

We will never share your personal information (name, email, or any identifying details) in any public posts or marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

All publicly shared feedback will be anonymized or attributed only with your prior written approval. You may request removal of your feedback from marketing materials at any time by contacting team@archeforge.com.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

SoulPrint generates responses using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge:

• Outputs may be inaccurate
• Outputs may contain errors
• Outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice

The Service is provided for informational and experimental purposes only.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the system
• Circumvent usage limits
• Use the Service to harass, exploit, or harm others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform architecture, design, trademarks, and system features remain the exclusive property of ArcheForge LLC.

"SoulPrint" and related marks are protected.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative systems based on the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcheForge LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
