• Technical metadata (IP address, browser type, device type)

We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

3. AI Processing

User conversations are processed by large language model providers under contractual agreements.

These providers may temporarily process data to generate responses but do not retain personal data beyond necessary operational use, subject to their policies.

4. Data Storage

Conversation history and memory objects may be stored to support continuity features.

The SoulPrint for Chrome extension stores memories locally on your device when you use it without an account, and syncs them to your SoulPrint account when signed in. You can clear local data by removing the extension, and account data by requesting deletion at any time.

We do not read or store the content of your conversations beyond what is needed to inject your saved context on your behalf and to extract memories you ask us to remember.

Beta data retention policies may change as the Service evolves.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data.

No system can guarantee absolute security.
